This adjustable baking rolling pin uses removable rings to guide the gap between the wooden barrel and the work surface. Three ring sizes offer 2, 6 and 10 mm reference thicknesses, while the handles detach to let you change the rings. The design gives a familiar wooden rolling pin an additional thickness-setting feature for pastry and dough preparation.

Beechwood barrel and removable handles

The reference model combines a beechwood barrel with nylon discs and two removable handles. The product illustration shows the handle separated from the central spindle, making the ring-changing arrangement visible. The pale handle finish, pink end fittings and colored rings contrast with the wood grain of the barrel.

To change the guide size, remove the handles as directed in the supplied instructions, fit a matching pair of rings and refit the handles before rolling. Keep the unused pairs together so that both ends can be set consistently for the next recipe. The detachable components also make it possible to inspect each part separately during cleaning.
